Your NowConfer account can only be verified with one number on one device. If you have a dual SIM phone, please note that you still must choose one number to verify with NowConfer. There is no option to have a NowConfer account with two phone numbers.
If you attempt to frequently switch your NowConfer account between different devices, at a certain point, you may be blocked from re-verifying your account. Please do not repeatedly switch between different devices and numbers.
No. There is no setup fees required to open an account. And you can close your account at any time.

Immediately after signing up you'll receive an OTP to complete login procedure. It is a unique 4-digits code that can only be used once and is sent only to your registered mobile number. After entering your registered mobile number, you will also be required to enter the correct OTP to complete the login process. It serves as your secured password that's unique with every login and expires 5minutes after you receive it. That's all you need to start a conference call.
Text messages will come from AX-Notice, AD-Notice, IM-Notice, AX-340004, ID-Notice.
No, you may make an unlimited number of calls and have an unlimited number of accounts if you feel it necessary.
The maximum is 25 users and there is no required minimum number of users.
Its a one-time use conference once the date and time for the conference passes, you will not be able to repeat that personal conference.
Note: The repeat conference option works only in case of business conference while in case of personal conference this option is not available.
Usually the ConCall duration will not go beyond 12 hours hence the time limit is set to 12 hours for each conference call.
There is no limit to the number of conferences you can make in a month.
Yes, this is an “Internet” service which requires internet data (Data Mins) availability in your account to make conference call and this is also a “Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN)” conferencing service that utilizes your regular telephone.
Yes, you can repeat business conference for that you just need to check one extra box i.e. repeat conference box upon checking enter the number of conference call repeat occurrence details on repeat conference page. Upon checking the repeat conference box a ‘Repeat conference call’ dialog box will pop-out, just fill the details when you want to repeat your business conference.
For example : if the number of occurrence you have selected is 9 and day as Tuesday that means the conference will repeat every Tuesday and it will end after the 9th Tuesday.
No, Conference Calling is available for only prepaid customers
Note: Postpaid service is available for enterprises only.
If a number, at any time, has been dialled incorrectly the organizer can disconnect the particular misdial participant through the disconnect option which appears next to the member contact number.
Note: Only the organizer has the access to remove misdial participant.
On the Home page, tap on “Plus icon” it will navigate you to Schedule Conference page and then tap on Add Participants to search for contacts from your phone’s address book. Choose the participants who you want to add and tap on Add option, the selected participants will be added for the upcoming conference.
During a conference call, participants who are not speaking should be as quiet as possible to minimize background noise on the call. The best method of keeping the call noise-free is for all participants to mute their lines while they are not speaking. Only the organizer has access to mute particular participant. To do so tap on “Mute” button next to the participant number. Tap the "Mute" button again to unmute when you want to speak.
If you are disconnected from the call, simply tap on “Call Me” option you will be connected back to the conference. If this issue recurs, you can email to the NowConfer Customer support support@nowconfer.com
Yes,the organizer can add participants in between the call by tapping “Add Users” option at the top of the page.
When you join a NowConfer call through our app, by default you’ll be conferencing over your data network. If you want to switch to PSTN account tap on “Change” option located at the top right corner, the change number page will appear where you can change the calling option as either registered number or you can add new number, now you’ll be using your voice minutes. If the participants invited are not on NowConfer, they can join via data channel or through the PSTN minutes if they are called on their phone number.
The conferences that you specify require the organizer, there is a Hangup option which allows the organizer to leave conference while other participants remains available on the call, the organizer has to resume call within 2 minutes. In order to resume call organizer has to tap on Start Conference option within 2 minutes otherwise the conference call will end and the initiator will need to schedule conference again.
The Personal Conference related notification you will receive on your personal email id which you have linked on your NowConfer account and business conference related notifications you will receive on your business email id respectively.
By default you will get notifications on your verified email id and on the NowConfer app; the number of notifications will be reflected on the top of the notification bell icon upon tapping the bell icon it will shows the notifications list.
You can check the details of your upcoming conferences by tapping “Conference” tab on the home page then tap on ‘Upcoming’ conference’; upon tapping it will show the list of upcoming conferences. Tap on particular conference name to view specific conference details.
No, you will not be able to switch devices in between the on-going conference call.
The Ongoing conference you can join by tapping on “Join” option available under “Ongoing” tab on the conference page.
With NowConfer organizers and participant will be dialed into a conference at the exact start time of a conference. Simply pick up the incoming call and start conferencing.
On the Conference screen under ‘Ongoing Conference’ the organizer can manage the call by clicking the ‘Join’ option provided against the conference name (Ongoing Conference details can be accessed by tapping on the particular conference using the ‘Ongoing conference’ tab on the Conference screen).
Participants who have joined the call will show up in the ‘Join Conference’ On Call page and participants who are not on the call will show up in the ‘Off Call’ page.
You can manage the call using smart controls such as muting or unmuting participants, adding external participants, disconnecting participants, rejoining the call, adding participants who may have dropped off back into the call etc.
If you are a participant you can join a call in the following ways:
1. By default if you are a participant and are online @ the time of the conference you will get a call over the internet, answer the call and you will be joined into the conference, if you don’t pick up the call over the internet NowConfer will dial your number, this is detailed below in point number 2.
2. In case you have verified your number you will receive an incoming call @ the time of the conference, the incoming call will have your organizers number as the CLI (Caller line identification) for all participants. Answer the call and you will be joined into the conference.
3. If you have not been able to pick up the call you can launch the NowConfer app, go to the Ongoing conferences tile and click on the conference name. Once you click the conference name you can press ‘Call Me’ to place you into the conference.
If you are a non-nowconfer participant whose number has been provided you can join a call in the following ways:

1.You will receive an incoming call @ the time of the conference, the incoming call will have your organizers number as the CLI (Caller line identification) for all participants. Answer the call and you will be joined into the conference.
2. Participants will get reminders 1 hour or 15 mins before the call with the ConCall details.

If you are a non-nowconfer participant whose email has been provided by the organizer you can join a call in the following ways:

1. You will get a link over email if the organizer enters your email in his conference. Once you click the link you will get a page with the conference details, to join the conference over data a ‘Join Conference’ button will get highlighted @ the start time of the conference using which you can join the conference.
2. Participants will get reminders 1 hour or 15 mins before the call with the ConCall details.
Yes, you can host international participants on your conference call. If you are dialing them via voice you need to have enough voice credits to schedule the conference.
No, participants do not need a NowConfer app to join the call. In case an organizer has added the email id of a non-NowConfer participant, the participant will get a link to join the call on data.
Organizers need the NowConfer app or the NowConfer web app only to schedule calls with participants. At the time of the conference organizers can receive the call on a regular telephone number without accessing the app.
During an ongoing call an organizer can add external participants using the add participant icon on the top right hand side of the ‘On Call’. Organizers can also bring an external participant into an ongoing audio conference by adding them into their phone book.
For participants who are not on the NowConfer platform the system will send notifications to users via SMS/Email.
At the time of the audio conference the system will dial these participants into the call.
The external participants will also be provided a link to join the conference via data when the conference is created.
On the home page tap on “Conferences” then tap on ‘Completed’ conferences it will show the details of the conference completed it includes the date, time ,duration of the call. If you wish to see the completed conference for particular date tap on ‘Calendar’ icon and choose the date for which date you want completed conference details.
When you run out of credits, the conference stops. It is recommended to always have a buffer of credits to avoid this from happening. (Only for pre-paid accounts).
In order to consult your account credit balance, just
- Log into your account on the NowConfer web/mobile app.
- Go to "My Account" or "My Plan" option, there you will see the current account credit balance for PSTN and Data account.
We currently accept all types of credit and debit cards. You must have a valid card in order to use the NowConfer service to keep your prepaid calling balance current.
Every time you make a call make sure that you have a positive account balance. If you do not, calls will not go through. Please make sure to keep your account balance at a high enough level to maintain service.
NowConfer encourages the use of the auto-renewal feature to automatically charge your credit card on file, based on the threshold and refill amounts you set, to maintain a positive PSTN and Data balance.
If your account balance falls to $0 while a call(s) are in progress your call will get disconnected. It is recommended to keep sufficient credit balance to avoid such circumstances.
The details of the recharge transaction you have done for your Data and PSTN accounts you can get it under Recharge section just tap on recharge history and select the type of account. It will list the recharges you have done on your account.
The 30-day free trial allows you to utilize our audio conferencing services at no charge to determine if they will meet your needs. In the 30 days trial pack you will get 250 data minutes and 100 PSTN minutes.
Once your trial pack expires you need to upgrade your credit balance, NowConfer offers premium and standard plans for Data and PSTN credit account; you can choose either of the plan as per your requirements. If you are not recharging your account after the end of trial pack your account will by default upgraded to Basic Lite Plan (Free for Life Plan) which provides you 100 minutes per month with a validity of 30 days (for more info about Basic Lite Plan refer to ‘Benefits of Basic Lite Plan’ question in FAQ section).
For now NowConfer offers two types of plan i.e. standard and premium. Standard plan cost you $8 per month and Premium plan cost you $15 per month, minutes availability and validity you can check under “Recharge > Upgrade>Select Plan>Buy Now” option.
You will get 3000 data minutes with a validity of 30 days, free call recording storage for 30 days on your NowConfer account and to store recording permanently you can also choose call recording storage option as your personal account i.e. Google Drive, One Drive and Dropbox under “Settings>Notifications>Call Recording Storage” option.

Under trial pack you will get 250 data minutes and 100 PSTN minutes which is valid for 30 days.
PSTN packs provides PSTN minutes with lifetime validity to know more about the type pf PSTN Pack charges browse the charges under ““Recharge > Upgrade>Select Plan>Buy Now>Buy PSTN Packs” option.
Login to NowConfer Account. Under “Billing” section you will get billing history of your Business and Personal Conference you just need to specify the date range. If you are the administrator of the account, you can then access all your invoices and see all your payments.
You can get an invoice over your registered email showing all charges for the month. To get invoice tap on “Billing” option on the left navigation pane, the billing history page will appear specify the date range; at the bottom of the page tap on “Email Invoice”, upon tapping the invoice will be sent to your registered email.
This is a pre-paid service. You must first establish an account balance. Every time you make a call or use the conference service, your account balance will be reduced according to charges incurred by your calling activity. You must maintain a positive balance in order to use any of the services.
Business conference billing invoice you will receive on your verified business email id and in case of Personal conference you will receive billing invoice on your verified personal email id.
NowConfer provides detailed report from your ConCall, with information on the duration of the call, call type, call start time, dialled number, call end time, call status, participant names, invited numbers/email id of participants, data minutes charge and PSTN minutes charge.
The organizer can navigate to ‘Join Conference’ tab from the home page and under ‘On Call’ and ‘Off Call’ tab the organizer can see the list of participants who has joined the ConCall and who has not. We will also send you a Participation Report after completion of each call.
Business conference call summary report you will receive on your verified business email id and in case of Personal conference you will receive call summary report on your verified personal email id.
Update your account information (name, business email, personal email, photo, primary currency option from the drop-down list) at any time by taping on the “Profile” option on the left navigation pane.
You cannot add multiple email address but can edit existing email address to change it with new one. To do so, if you’re on the mobile version of the app, navigate to left navigation pane and tap on “Profile” option and then tap on “Edit” option next to the email ids, change the existing email address to your profile. You must verify your new email address in order to use it.

NowConfer accounts require 'Email verification' in order to send NowConfer related notifications. You will not be able to receive any email notifications normally until you complete the email verification process. NowConfer linked email id is verified only when the owner of the registered email address clicks the 'Account verification' link that is sent to them.
Go to “Settings” tab on the left navigation page and then tap on notifications option there you can check the SMS box. Lastly tap on “Done” option by doing that your notifications settings updated successfully and you will start receiving notifications via SMS.
Text messages will come from RM-014532, RM-014534, RM-014530.
Every mobile number is linked to a particular NowConfer account hence you cannot access your account which is associated with the old mobile number. If you want to use NowConfer services you need to create new account with the new mobile number.
To stop receiving text messages, from the menu option tap on “Settings” on the left navigation pane then tap on “Notifications” and uncheck the sms box you, post that you will not receive any text notifications.
The system by default sends an email reminder with contains connect details for their next scheduled conference.
No, you cannot receive text messages on multiple devices. You will receive text messages on one mobile number which is associated with your NowConfer account.

Frequency of text messages (i.e. SMS notifications/alerts) will vary upon your specific user activity, products and services. You will receive one SMS notification per conference call that you host, create, edit or update any scheduled conference and also receive an SMS notification 15 minutes prior the ConCall starts. You will receive notification until the service is discontinued.
Your notifications are linked to your registered Number. This means that the service will send you an alert at whichever time of day (or night) the host has either intentionally or unintentionally called you on your conference line. To control when you receive notifications from NowConfer, please log in to your NowConfer account, navigate to left navigation pane tap on ‘Settings>notifications’ option and on the notification page “Check/Uncheck” the SMS notification box as per your requirement.
On the home page tap on “bell” icon, the notification page will appear, next to notification tap on “Offer” tab it will show the list of offers applicable for your account.
No problem! The calendar information displayed will be updated instantly.
Tap on “Settings” option the integration page will appear, under calendar integration tap on either of the radio button i.e. either on Google and/or Outlook to sync your conferences with Google or Outlook account.
As of now, NowConfer supports Google and Outlook calendar integration.

Digitally record your call for participants who were unable to attend or for participants who would like to listen to the conference call again. The recording can be accessed on your registered NowConfer account or on your personal account (Google Drive/OneDrive/Dropbox).
There are no current limits on the number of recordings a user can have within their NowConfer account.
The recording files are created and posted to your account in MP3 format for easy download and management.
Did you enable recording from the conference recording storage? If no, there is no recording to post. If yes, your recording will appear in the recording storage account. This will be available immediately after the conference call session ends and the recording will be posted into your account.
Yes. Simply tap on Download link in the row of your desired recording.
Your recording will remain available for a maximum of the 7 days from the date of creation through your NowConfer account, if you have chosen the call recording option as your personal Google Drive, One Drive and/or Drop Box account the call recording will be available permanently.
Go to “Settings” tab on the left navigation page and then tap on integrations option there you can check the radio button either as Dropbox, One Drive or Google Drive as per your requirement. Now your recordings will be posted to your selected account.
An average one hour, audio-only file is approximately 7 MB and further it depends on the duration of the call.
Yes, you can access NowConfer on your PC. To do so open the link https://nc4.nowconfer.com/login in your browser (Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) you will see a QR code on the screen of your PC, now open “NowConfer Web” option on your mobile device, scan the QR code, once your QR code scanned successfully then you all set to use NowConfer on your PC.
It’s likely you simply need to download the latest version of NowConfer. Simply uninstall the version you’re using and download this version instead—it should have no trouble detecting your hardware.
